【Delivery Time】

- Products will be shipped within 3-7 working days(working days means Monday to Friday) after the order is confirmed normally.

- Delivery time will be affected by weekends and public holidays.(Shipments cannot be arranged in weekends and public holidays)

- During discount and free shipping periods, holidays or bad weather, orders may take more time to process.

- If you need to change the delivery address/telephone number/schedule delivery time, etc., after the payment of order is completed, please contact SF Express to change it.

【Shopping Notice】

(Order Cancellation)

Customers can cancel their orders on their own. However, please note that cancellations must be made before 8:00 AM on the following day. If the order status has already been marked as "Confirmed" or if it is past the 8:00 AM cutoff time, cancellation will no longer be possible. 

In such cases, please contact customer service. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then apply for a return.


*Please note: Orders cannot be canceled after 8:00 AM.

*If the package is refused upon delivery, not picked up, or causes operational disruptions, the store reserves the right to reject future transactions or revoke membership privileges. We appreciate your understanding.


How to cancel order:

[Customer log in when they place the order]

Upon completion of the order, you can find the order on medicube's official website > My Account > find the Order and click 'Cancel Order'.

[Customer didn't log in when they place the order]

Once the order has been placed, you can 'sign up' or 'login by the same email'. You can then find the order on medicube's official website > My Account > find the Order and click 'Cancel Order'.


2. Refund: Upon successful cancellation of the order, the payment will be refunded on the same way as before. 

If you get a refund with points, the same amount of points will be refunded.


3. Notice

Customers cannot cancel their orders by themselves in the following three situations:

- The order contains "periodic purchase" products.

- There is an editorial change in the product details of the order.

- The order has been seperated.


FAQ)

1. Can I change the delivery address after I place my order and pay my bill?

You cannot change the shipping address after you placed a order. If you want to change the shipping address, please cancel the order and change the information in new order.

2. How can I get a refund after I cancel my order?

The checkout will be canceled at the same time as the order is canceled. However, please note that the time it takes to confirm the transaction details varies depending on the payment method.


(Regulations for Delivery)

- SF Express may have additional service charges for any changes on shipping method or delivery address after ordering.
- Please provide correct recipient phone number and delivery addresses. Any shipments invalid due to incorrect information, SF Express may have additional service charges.
- Please confirm product options and numbers before order, upon successful payment, you will not be able to have any changes on option/addition/combined order.
- If the customer refuses to receive the order after the order is shipped, the extra cost and shipping fee will be deducted from the payment.


(Regulations for Free Gifts)

- The free gifts in the order cannot be changed, random gifts will be randomly arranged for delivery. 


(Service Fee of SF Express)

SF Retention Service Fee will be applied for late pick up at SF Business Stations, SF Stores or EF Lockers to ensure quality service and efficiency.


1. Pick up at SF Business Stations or SF Stores

For parcels collected at SF Business Stations or SF Stores but failed to pick them up within the first 2 days* of the SFHK APP pickup notification, will be charged for SF Retention Service Fee for every 1 day*. The cost will be accumulated every day.

*The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.


2. Pick up at EF Lockers

For parcel collected from EF Locker^ after the first 24 hours upon the system initiating parcel collection SFHK APP notification, an accumulative fee of HK$10 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter.

(Additional fee)

SF Express will charge other surcharges with customers based on fuel, remoteness, and resource adjustments, and the surcharges need to be paid by customers.
